Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it by contacting us at +44 20 7946 0958. If your order has not been prepared, we will cancel it and issue a full refund in your original form of payment. Orders that have already been prepared cannot be cancelled.
Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the food received, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with a detailed description and, if possible, a photo evidence.
